Upgrade to Gold Plan Benefits
Our Gold Plan upgrade offers supplemental coverage with enhanced benefits for doctor office visits, labs, testing, diagnostic coverage, prescriptions, and urgent care visits. Also included are Minimal Essential Coverages (MEC) that provide 100 percent coverage for wellness and preventive care.
The addition of this tier qualifies your benefits as ACA compliant. Policy holders will receive a “1095 Letter” at the end of the year showing that they were following the IRS’s Individual Mandate requiring qualified health insurance coverage. The Individual Mandate has been eliminated beginning in 2019 but remains a requirement for California residents.
